Wedding Catering
1000 Islands Catering provided the catering for Sarah and Nathan's wedding and what a wonderful time we had. We began our meeting with a menu tasting after looking at budget and ideas. The menu was a Greek theme with Grilled Lemon and Herb Chicken with a Beurre blanc sauce served with Greek Lemon potato wedges, roasted parmesan green beans and a Greek salad. This was all served with fresh pita and home made tzatziki sauce. We accommodated gluten and dairy free in the menu. We also did a 16 foot charcuterie table for cocktail hour.
